Location was excellent as we were visiting family nearby. This is not in the midst the main touristy areas but easy enough to get to tourist spots in Mashpee and Hyannis. Easy to get to Rte 6. Lots of local shops (grocery, food, coffee, etc) close by and some within walking distance. The staff was always available to answer questions and very accommodating. The price fit our budget, the beds were comfy, it suited our needs, and it was very convenient.

There were no shades for blocking early morning light. However, we wanted to get up early and get going most days so it really wasn't an issue. WiFi didn't reach our room, but we were near the end and really didn't need it. I did hear someone request a move to a room that had it and the staff moved them without question, they were quite pleasant about it.

Great golf suggestion by the innkeeper and dining experience also recommended.

I had a nice stay for the price and am glad I chose it. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and affable, and they helped me a lot. I really enjoyed the recently renovated and large room with 2 double beds. The hotel has a marvelous and convenient location close to great restaurants and shops, as well as Boston till after 2 pm. Additionally, Mashpee River Woodlands was only 15 minutes away by driving.

Close to shopping and area I want to visit. Decor was very nice.

Traffic outside is very noisy; I needed earplugs.

The setting is fantastic and cozy. It's conveniently located near restaurants and Honey Dew doughnuts, which offer drive-thru breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly, which is a big plus.

We were only there 8 hours-to sleep. Hard to evaluate anything except the room. Never saw anyone or the entire complex.

This place has a great location near excellent restaurants and the staff here is very helpful and cooperative.

When visiting this charming New England town, we had a delightful stay at this hotel. The spacious rooms had a clean and pretty decor, providing a comfortable ambiance. The staff was prompt and friendly, ensuring that our needs were met. The location was ideal for us as it was near my brother's house and also close to Mashpee Common, where we could enjoy great restaurants, shops, and even a movie theatre. The attention to detail and basic amenities were appreciated, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast served was satisfying. It was a wonderful experience overall, with the hotel's beautiful landscaping adding to its appeal. All was satisfactory, exceeding our expectations.

I really enjoyed my stay at Santuit Inn. The rooms were a good size and had been nicely updated, with functional bathrooms. The hotel's location is fantastic and convenient, as it is within walking distance of an art museum.

Location was very convenient for exploring the Cape. Parking outside of the room ensures the security of the car. Slightly set back off road, and therefore vey little noise from road. Reasonably and recently redecorated, bottled water provided within rooms. Beds comfortable. Water pressure in room excellent. Great price for location. Breakfast at Persey's 50m down the road is a must !

Bathroom is small and tired in terms of condition of tile, threshold to bedroom is poor. Frame on wall had glass missing. Wifi signal virtually non-exisitant - a booster is essential to have a reasonable service for Wifi - ended up using the local Starbucks. Considering the price per night this is value for money and compared to other 'motels' this is more upto date than the majority. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was really clean and had a comfy bed, a nice shower, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Everything was great, though some of the staff were a bit rude. it was a good stay! 😊

My room at Santuit Inn was impeccably clean and updated. It had central heating, a TV with cable channels, and a refrigerator, which was really great. The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of an art museum.
